Flowdays takes your privacy seriously. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Your body data belongs to you — always.
1. Data Controller
Flowdays Co, LTD. acts as the Data Controller under PDPA.
When you use Flowdays, you may choose to save cycle dates, symptoms, moods, sex and contraception logs, temperature readings, personal notes, and other health details on your device. You may also save a name, age, profile photo, reminders, and preferences. This version has no account or sign-in system. These records are not sent to a Flowdays server.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
The app uses the records and preferences on your device for the following purposes.
Calculating and displaying cycle predictions

Suggesting Flowdays products on your device based on your quiz answers or the guide you are reading

We will not use your data for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Flowdays stores your data on your device. The iPhone app uses a protected file excluded from device backups; the browser version of the app uses browser storage. The app does not upload these records to a Flowdays server.
You can choose to export an encrypted backup file protected by a password and select where to save it. Flowdays does not store or recover this password. Deleting data in the app does not delete separately saved backup files; remove those files yourself if you no longer want them. Uninstalling the app or clearing the browser app’s site data can remove your local records.
The security of your data depends on the security of your own device (passcode, Face ID, etc.).
5. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Flowdays does not sell, rent, or trade your personal health records or automatically upload them. Exports and printing occur when you choose those features.
The current version does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external tracking services that receive your health data.
When you answer the Find My Flow quiz, the app ranks matching products on your device. A guide may also show products related to the topic you are reading. No health data is transmitted externally for this purpose.
If a court order or lawful authority requires Flowdays to disclose information it holds, we will notify you to the extent permitted by law.
Online content and exports
The Learn tab can request public tips from myflowdays.com and images from approved hosts, including raw.githubusercontent.com. These requests do not include your health records. When online content is unavailable, the app can show content saved previously or supplied with the app. The app uses the same content address regardless of where you read this policy. Content hosts may receive your IP address, request time, and requested resource, subject to their own logging and retention practices.
External websites, LINE, and Instagram have their own privacy policies. When you choose to export a backup or print a report, the file provider or printer you select may receive that content. Reports can contain health information; choose destinations you trust. Flowdays cannot delete copies you keep outside the app.
Visiting this website
You can read this policy without signing in, paying or clicking a cookie-consent prompt. Flowdays does not add a contact form, analytics or advertising scripts, tracking pixels, or embedded third-party content to this page. The code Flowdays publishes does not set cookies or write to browser storage.
When we tested the ChatGPT Sites copy while signed out, the host sent Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie and added a script to check for automated traffic. The browser blocked the script under this page’s content security policy, and we could still read the policy. We also observed the host’s __Host-appgarden-visitor cookie. We have not confirmed its exact purpose or how long the host retains its data. Cloudflare’s cookie documentation
For the Netlify copy, we confirmed that Web Analytics, Real User Monitoring and Forms are off, with no log drains configured to forward logs. Netlify’s content delivery network still processes operational request logs.
The copy you are reading is hosted by OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites or by Netlify. When your browser requests a page over HTTPS, the host receives the IP address used for the connection and the requested address. Reading this page does not transmit your app’s health records.
OpenAI describes processing technical logs, usage and device information to operate hosted sites. Netlify describes server-side request logs that can include the URL, IP address, browser identifier and response status. If you choose to contact Flowdays by email or LINE, Flowdays receives the message and the contact details you share through that service. If you follow a link to a marketplace or a social platform, that provider handles your visit and any information you submit under its own privacy policy.
6. Your Rights Under PDPA
As a data subject you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of data we process
Rectification — correct inaccurate data via Profile
Erasure — delete your records in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete my data
Withdraw Consent — at any time by deleting your data
Lodge a Complaint — with the Personal Data Protection Committee
Because your health records are stored on your device, you can exercise most rights concerning those records directly in the app.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can permanently delete all Flowdays data on your device at any time by going to Profile → Settings → Delete my data. This immediately deletes the records stored by the app and cannot be undone. Separately saved backups, exported files, printed reports and messages you sent to support remain with you or the recipient. You can delete your copies and contact Flowdays about support records.
8. Notifications
With your permission, the iPhone app schedules local notifications through iOS. The browser version of the app uses browser notifications where supported. Health records are not sent to a Flowdays notification server. Notification content may appear on your lock screen. You can manage permissions and previews in iOS notification settings or your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Flowdays is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All users are asked to confirm they are at least 13 years old before completing onboarding.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly restrict access to and delete any such data that Flowdays holds. For records on a child’s device, a parent or guardian can use the deletion steps above. Flowdays cannot erase app records remotely. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at myflowdays@gmail.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
